Bruce Lee and the Outlaw

Synopsis

The collapse of the communist government of Romania is followed by generations of children struggling to survive in the streets of Bucharest.

For six years, the filmmaker follows one of these children: Nicu grows up in Bucharest’s underground heating tunnels and sees the "king of the underworld" Bruce Lee as a father figure. When a social worker tries to offer Nicu a life away from homelessness, he is confronted with the decision between going back to Bruce’s Gang and restarting a childhood above ground.
